Return, Damaged & Refund
RETURN
- The request for an item’s return can only be made within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
- The return item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and free gifts which are delivered.
- To complete your return, a proof of purchase must be produced.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
- If the purchased product arrives at your door in damaged condition, please refuse to sign and receive the product. Please contact us immediately.
- Do not throw away any packing material or invoice.
REFUND CREDIT/GIFT CARD:
- Refund settlement will take place only after the returned product has been received and a quality check has been performed. This process may take 2-3 working days.
- The refund will be converted into a Gift Card with the same value as the purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.
- The Gift Card will be delivered to your email within 2 business days of the return.
- The Gift Card can be used multiple times until the complete value is utilized.
