DELIVERY PROCESS

• Orders received before 4pm daily (Saturday – Thursday) will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Note: We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated delivery time, however, occasional delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances, OBSHOB shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery time.

• Once the order is delivered to you, the invoice will be provided by the driver. Kindly sign the invoice copy confirming that you have received all items ordered in perfect condition.
• Products are considered as delivered in a good condition, on time, upon the acceptance of the delivery note by customer or their representative.
• In case of absence of the customer, delivery is considered complete, if any family member or house help residing at the same address of the customer signs the invoice/delivery note.
• In case our customer service representatives are unable to reach the customer on the number provided, the customer care will contact once within 24 hours to reschedule delivery, after which the order is either considered delivered/cancelled.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND AREAS

• Local delivery within Kuwait is charged at KD 2 per order, unless otherwise stated.
• We are currently delivering to all areas in Kuwait, except - Bneider, Alsalmi, Alwafra, Nuwaiseeb, Alzour, Al-Abdali, Ali Alsalem Airbase, Shuaiba, Al Julaia, Kabd, Al-Maqwa'a, Amghara, North Jahra, Farms and Wild camps and coast.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

• We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects identified and/or any genuine complaints that you may have for up to 24 hours after the date of delivery.
